3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Technician/Apprentice Brush Maker, you will learn to:
- Operate semi-automatic press machines.
- Manufacture industrial brushes and abrasive products.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Read and follow work instructions.
- Use basic measuring tools.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, and hearing protection)
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
