About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing sales team as a Face-to-Face Sales Representative. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to educate customers on telecommunications and home entertainment solutions, including internet, television, streaming, mobile, and connectivity services.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people face-to-face, and working in a fast-paced environment where performance and professionalism are recognized. Representatives play an important role in helping customers understand available services, compare options, and select solutions that best fit their household needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with homeowners in assigned territories to discuss telecommunications and entertainment services
- Educate customers on available internet, TV, streaming, mobile, and home connectivity packages
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and consultative sales techniques
- Identify customer needs and recommend service solutions based on household usage and preferences
- Represent the company and client brands with professionalism and integrity at all times
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and completed sales activities
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development workshops
- Stay informed on current promotions, product updates, and service offerings
- Work collaboratively with leadership and support teams to ensure a positive customer experience

- Reliable transportation preferred 4 year degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or communications is a plus, but not required
- Schedule Full-time availability Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 6:00PM Compensation & Benefits
