Foster Transit Elite is expanding its fleet of local Delivery Service Providers (DSPs). We are actively onboarding motivated, reliable Independent Contractors for high-density, local final-mile courier routes across Northwest Florida and the Panhandle region.We utilize a flexible fleet. Contractors are welcome to use their personal vehicles (sedans, SUVs, minivans) or larger commercial vehicles (cargo vans, high-roof Sprinters).If you already operate under an active business entity or are ready to establish one, this opportunity offers a consistent workflow with unlimited earning potential.
Compensation & Schedule
- Job Type: Contract (1099)
- Pay: $850.00 - $1,500.00 per week (Estimated weekly settlements based on volume and route density)
- Earnings Cap: None. Your revenue scales with your efficiency.
- Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday (Optional weekend volume available)
Contractor Requirements
- Auto Insurance: Must carry a valid auto insurance policy meeting commercial liability thresholds (limits will be reviewed during compliance onboarding).
- Business Entity: Must possess or be willing to obtain active Articles of Organization (Active LLC or INC).
- Vehicle: Must provide your own reliable vehicle (Sedan, SUV, Minivan, Cargo Van, or Sprinter). We do NOT provide fleet vehicles.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Language: Must be fluent in English.
- Tools: Must own a smartphone (iOS or Android) for GPS routing and a hand truck/dolly (highly recommended).
- Physical Ability: Able to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Compliance: Valid driver’s license, a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and a clear criminal background check required.
- Experience: Prior experience in final-mile delivery, courier operations, or route logistics is highly preferred.
Pay: $228.58 - $275.28 per day
