A-Z Home Healthcare Services is a well respected company within the New Philadelphia community. Our services reach all of Tuscarawas County and there is a growing need for home healthcare workers in the area. We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan. As a growing company we are in urgent need of HHAs, CNAs, and STNAs.
Responsibilities
- Provide services in patients residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Assist with clients personal care activities
- Report client's condition to Director of Nursing for evaluation
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Skills
- Proven working experience as home health aide (1 year minimum)
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Nursing and health care administration skills
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Current CPR certificate
- First Aid training
- Valid driver’s licence
- High school degree
Rotating weekends are a requirement for this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
