Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support while promoting our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in driving sales and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a full time W2 role only, we ask for one weekend day of availability.
Duties
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat, to provide information about products and services.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Utilize computerized systems to document interactions and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and streamline processes.
- Assist in upselling products and services based on customer needs.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and sales techniques.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and analysis.
- Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
