Good Edit Beauty is growing, and we're looking for a talented, warm, and motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our team in South Burlington.
Good Edit Beauty is a locally owned beauty boutique and spa offering customized facials, waxing, spray tans, makeup services, and a thoughtfully curated collection of skincare, makeup, and beauty products. We opened our doors in 2026 and are excited to continue growing our team and our community of clients.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves esthetics, takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience, and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive beauty environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide customized facials and skincare treatments
- Perform professional facial and body waxing services
- Consult with clients about their skin concerns, goals, and home-care routines
- Recommend skincare and retail products when appropriate
- Create a warm, comfortable, and professional experience for every client
- Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful treatment space
- Continue learning about products, ingredients, treatments, and industry trends
- Work collaboratively with the Good Edit team
- Develop lasting relationships with new and returning clients
Who We're Looking For
- Current Vermont Esthetician License
- Passionate about skincare, beauty, and client care
- Warm, personable, dependable, and professional
- Confident performing facials and waxing services
- Comfortable educating clients about skincare and recommending products
- Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and service
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team while also working independently
- Interested in learning, growing, and becoming part of Good Edit long-term
Experience is valued, but we're also open to meeting a newer esthetician who has a great foundation, is eager to learn, and feels like the right fit for our team.
Schedule
Part-time, approximately 15–25 hours per week, with the opportunity for the position to grow. Some evening and weekend availability is preferred.
Compensation & Perks
