Customer Service
Mackin’s Auto Body is seeking a fulltime Customer Service Representative (CSR) with exemplary service skills for our Longview, WA location. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who demonstrates follow through while multi-tasking. In this entry level position, you will receive ongoing training and a chance to grow within our highly successful company.
Responsibilities Overview:

Greet all customers upon arrival, qualify the customer and vehicle, and determine their specific needs

Based on customer input, assure their understanding of the collision repair/ claims process

Inform the customer of the positive qualities of Mackin’s Auto Body
-
Obtain necessary customer information
-
Take photos to document the needed estimate
-
Note any non-collision damage or maintenance issues that may impede our repairs
-
Set up an appointment for estimate and /or date
-
Perform the pre-repair inspection upon drop off with the customer
-
Maintain contact with the customer during the repair and proactively inform them if anticipated delivery date changes

Review vehicle post repair for repair/ refinish condition

Filing, paperwork as needed
