Duties
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team.
- Protect and elevate the General Admission brand through exceptional execution.
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and retain exceptional talent.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability, professionalism, and respect.
- Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience by ensuring every guest receives outstanding service.
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings and maintain clear communication across all departments.
- Build future leaders through mentorship and internal promotion.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Drive sales growth while maximizing profitability.
- Manage labor costs, scheduling, and productivity to achieve financial goals.
- Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training programs, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct profit and loss analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Demonstrated success managing restaurants with $6M+ in annual sales.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain top talent.
- Extensive knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing labor, food cost, beverage cost, inventory, and P&L performance.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth while maintaining operational excellence and profitability.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
