HVAC Start?Up Technician

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 -(Available for currently employed Start?Up Technicians)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (1?hour lunch) Some weekendson?call rotation
Compensation:
$40,000-$70,000 per year
What You'll Do

Perform start-up, testing, and warranty work on residential HVAC systems

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high?quality experience

Complete work according to company standards and safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

EPA CertificationTDLR (Required)
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
HVAC Technical Schooling (preferred, not required)

Valid driver's licenseinsurable driving record

Ability to read wiring diagramsblueprints

Strong troubleshooting skills across various equipment types

Experience making repair/replace recommendations

Ability to obtain low?voltage license within 2 years

Advanced customer service skills

Ability to obtain NATE certification within 1 year

Willingness to take initiative and accept leadership responsibilities

Safe operation of scissor and genie lifts

Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices

Understanding of air balancing principles and techniques
