Profile:
We are seeking a skilled Janitorial/Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various maintenance tasks and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner.
- Fabricate, weld, and perform other manual tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff members.
Skills:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication with team members and residents.
- Strong electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Experience with logic controllers for equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with painting techniques, drywall, general repair
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
