CREST Collaborative is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to assist students' in our member and non member school districts during our extended summer program. The summer session is from Monday, July 6th through Thursday, August 13th, Monday through Thursday.The hours are 8:30-2:30. Salary Range for the 24 day ESY program is $7387-$13930.In this role, you will be working off-campus supporting students in our local public school districts in the Merrimack Valley and Essex County areas. Travel to and from programs will be required.
Job Responsibilities: Provide indirect and direct OT services for students with disabilities in individual, small group, or classroom settingsAttend and participate in IEP meetings and develop IEPsFollow documented treatment plans and submit service delivery logs for direct servicesPrepare regular progress notes of student progress towards IEP goals and objectivesAttend and participate in team meetings monthly with other related service providersProvide consultation and training to school staffOther duties as assigned Successful passing of the exam (NBCOT)Valid license to work as an OT in Massachusetts
