Remote | Florida Litigation Practice
A growing plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a Senior Attorney with trial experience to join its team in a remote role. This is an opportunity for a seasoned litigator who wants to do meaningful work, fight for clients’ rights, and help secure strong results in high-stakes cases.

Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters from pre-suit through trial.
- Develop case strategy and lead matters toward successful resolution.
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently.
- Advocate fearlessly on behalf of clients against large corporations and insurance companies.
Qualifications
- Active membership in the Florida Bar.
- Significant trial experience.
- Strong litigation, courtroom, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work well on a team and respond constructively to feedback.
- A competitive, client-focused mindset.
Preferred
- Experience in plaintiff injury or disability litigation.
- Moot Court or Mock Trial experience.
- A demonstrated record of strong results.
