Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Host two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions in alignment with team standards
- Actively participate in team meetings and collaborative activities as required
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Advise buyers throughout the process, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
- Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients
- Maintain detailed records of activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology
- Take advantage of opportunities for paid events and travel incentives by achieving performance goals
