Pediatric Dental Front Office Specialist/Patient Care Coordinator
Pay: Starting at $20+/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | 5 days/week | Approx. 35 hours
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: In-person | One location

Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with patients and families in English and Spanish
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Coordinating insurance claims and financial arrangements
- Using basic computer systems and dental software
- Supporting a smooth and positive front office experience for every family
