The Hospitality Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors at the Interior Alaska Center for Non-Violent Living. This position performs a variety of hospitality and janitorial duties, including cleaning and sanitizing residential rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas; deep cleaning rooms after client move-outs; laundry and linen services; restocking supplies; maintaining facility cleanliness; assisting with meal service, food deliveries, and donation disposal; and supporting the overall upkeep of the shelter and other agency properties as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently, and committed to providing respectful, professional service to individuals from diverse backgrounds. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and must be able to pass a background check.
