We are seeking a Plant Controller to lead financial operations for a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role partners closely with Plant Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, and Corporate Finance to drive cost efficiency, production performance, and overall plant profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting for plant operations
- Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and key performance indicators
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
- Support production planning and scheduling alignment with demand and capacity
- Monitor inventory accuracy, turns, and working capital performance
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational and financial issues
- Support continuous improvement and ERP/system optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, plant accounting, or operations/supply chain
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing operations
- ERP system experience required (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
- Experience in food, beverage, bottling, canning, or co-packing preferred

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
