Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to ensure safety and appearance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored, maintained, and replenished as needed.
- Follow sanitation standards rigorously to uphold health regulations and prevent contamination.
- Assist with janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and overall custodial responsibilities in both residential and commercial settings.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests.
- Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
- Familiarity with janitorial supplies management and basic maintenance procedures is a plus.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is advantageous but not required.
