Hinderer Ford is growing and currently seeking an Automotive Technician / Mechanic to join our team in Washington Court House, Ohio.
Prior automotive technician experience is preferred for this position.
8 Hour Shift
Competitive Pay: Flat-rate compensation based on experience and production
Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Up to $25,000 Retention Bonus
Up to $5,000 Referral Bonus for eligible positions
Ladder Pay Program: Earn an additional $1–$4 per flat-rate hour based on monthly production

Previous automotive technician experience required
ASE certification preferred, but not required
Valid Driver’s License required
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Ability to operate diagnostic tools and service equipment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be willing to work in a drug-free workplace
Perform maintenance and repairs according to repair orders and dealership standards
Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs and estimated repair times
