We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager who thrives in a structured environment, understands performance metrics, and knows how to lead a team toward measurable results.
The Role
This position is ideal for a manager who is comfortable working with established processes, performance expectations, and data-driven decision-making, while still prioritizing an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent workflows
- Lead, coach, and support the team with a focus on accountability and performance
- Track and improve key performance indicators such as production, collections, scheduling efficiency, and case acceptance
- Manage insurance verification, claims processing, and follow-up with accuracy and timeliness
- Handle provider credentialing and ensure compliance with payer requirements
- Maintain a high level of patient service while balancing operational goals
- Utilize Dentrix for scheduling, billing, reporting, and patient records
- Implement effective time-management and productivity systems
- Foster a professional, positive, and team-focused office culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of Dental Office Management experience
- Demonstrated success improving and maintaining strong KPI performance
- Proficiency with Dentrix is required
- Proven leadership experience in structured, goal-oriented environments
- Strong knowledge of insurance workflows and credentialing
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable leading with clarity and consistency
