Service Maintenance Technician
We're a property management company maintaining a portfolio of apartment communities across the Spokane area, from historic buildings to modern complexes. We're looking for a skilled technician who can handle a wide range of repairs, work independently, and represent us well with residents.
What you'll do
Complete daily work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs across multiple properties
Manage and track all work orders through our mobile app — tech comfort is a must
Travel between properties in the Spokane area using a company-provided vehicle
Perform preventive maintenance and log completed work accurately
Communicate with residents professionally and flag larger issues or safety concerns to management
What we're looking for
2+ years of maintenance or handyman experience — apartment/property experience preferred
Comfortable with smartphones and mobile apps — all work orders are assigned and tracked digitally
Valid driver's license and clean driving record — required
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry
Ability to work independently, manage your daily schedule, and handle buildings of different ages and systems
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
Schedule
Monday – Friday. Occasional on-call or emergency response may be required.
