About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical expert responsible for the reliability and performance of complex production machinery. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical systems and precision diagnostics to minimize downtime and ensure our facility operates at peak efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Execute the installation, calibration, and repair of heavy industrial equipment to maintain seamless production workflows.

Perform precise mechanical adjustments on bearings, gears, shafts, and couplings to prevent system strain and extend equipment lifespan.

Utilize advanced vibration analysis and diagnostic tools to proactively identify and resolve potential mechanical failures.

Maintain and troubleshoot complex material handling systems, including conveyors, monorails, and automated storage units.

Interpret intricate mechanical and electrical blueprints to guide effective repairs and system modifications.

Apply welding and fabrication techniques to restore structural integrity to machinery and support systems.

Manage the maintenance of pumps, valves, and seals to ensure fluid system reliability and operational safety.

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and SDS guidelines to foster a secure and compliant work environment.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

3 to 5 years of verifiable experience in an industrial maintenance or millwright capacity.

Demonstrated proficiency in reading and applying technical blueprints and schematics.

Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in machinery alignment and component fitting.

Ability to pass comprehensive technical skills assessments and pre-employment screenings.

Formal training or certification in vibration analysis or predictive maintenance technologies.

Experience with large-scale automated material handling or ASRS systems.

Proven track record of working safely in a high-volume manufacturing or foundry environment.
