Hawaii Island Community Health Center is looking for a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our Kuakini team. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for anyone interested in starting a career in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support.

Greet and register patients for scheduled and walk‑in appointments

Update patient records and contact information

Collect payments and assist with insurance questions

Schedule appointments

Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate department

Provide professional and responsive customer service

Support clinic operations as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Six months to one year of related experience (customer service, office work, reception, etc.)
