Healthcare Specialist / Inbound Sales Agent
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL
Compensation: Hourly Base + Uncapped Commission

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Educate clients on available health insurance options
- Assess eligibility and identify suitable coverage solutions
- Assist clients through the enrollment process
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay current on industry regulations and carrier updates
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Health insurance experience (ACA or Medicare) is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
