Frank’s is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and hands-on leader to join our team as a Salaried Assistant General Manager at our Casper location.
This position serves as the right hand to the General Manager and plays a key role in daily operations, team leadership, customer service, and overall store success. We are looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump into any role necessary to support the team.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Ensure shift coverage and assist where needed
- Work nights, weekends, and peak business hours as required
- Oversee inventory ordering and product management
- Lead customer service efforts and resolve customer concerns
- Manage cash handling and daily financial operations
- Support, coach, and lead team members
- Step in as acting General Manager when necessary
- Assist with marketing, advertising, and social media initiatives
- Help drive revenue goals and operational performance
- Maintain store standards and assist with daily operations
- Perform additional leadership responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to hold team members accountable in a professional manner
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
