We are an asset-based trucking company operating 40 power units with trailer capacity available for drop trailer programs.
We are looking for a motivated Independent Freight Sales Agent / Freight Broker Sales Rep to help us develop direct shipper relationships, recurring freight opportunities, and dedicated dry van lanes.
This role is a good fit for someone who already has experience in freight brokerage, transportation sales, carrier sales, or logistics, and wants to build additional income by working with an established asset-based carrier.
This is a part-time 1099 contractor position with long-term growth potential.

Preferred Experience
- Freight brokerage experience
- Freight sales experience
- Experience working with dry van freight
- Understanding of recurring lanes and dedicated freight
- Existing shipper relationships
- Ability to communicate professionally with transportation managers and logistics teams
Compensation:
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Part-time / flexible schedule
- Commission-based compensation, can discuss base pay based on experience
- Additional structure can be discussed based on experience and results
