Brittany Residential, Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in our residential homes. Whether you're experienced or just beginning a rewarding career in human services, we'd love to meet you!
As a DSP, you'll empower individuals to live as independently as possible while providing encouragement, guidance, and compassionate care in a home environment.

What You'll Do
- Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
- Administer medications (training provided if applicable).
- Encourage independence, choice, and community involvement.
- Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and maintaining a safe home environment.
- Complete daily documentation and reports.
- Provide companionship, support, and positive encouragement.
- Transport individuals to appointments and community activities when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment requirements.
- Reliable, compassionate, and dependable.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required—paid training is provided.
