Oroville Reman & Reload supports efficient mill operations through reliable production and maintenance support while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Stack and sort finished lumber from a moving production line
Work as part of a team to keep production flowing smoothly and safely
Follow clear instructions from the Shift Supervisor
Build lumber packages by size, length, and grade
Push completed units safely into position for forklift pickup
Help minimize downtime by staying alert to wood flow and equipment issues
Learn to identify different wood species (pine, spruce, cedar, fir, hemlock)
Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Willingness to follow safety rules and procedures every time
Ability to work well with others and communicate clearly
No previous lumber experience required — training is provided
On-the-job training from experienced team members
COFI Lumber Grading Course offered within the first two years
Ongoing safety training and skill development
This position involves performing essential physical tasks in a production‑line environment. Team members typically stand for most of the shift and regularly lift, stack, and move lumber while working at the pace of automated equipment. The work includes repetitive motions and requires consistent attention to safety, accuracy, and quality.
