About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Lead Installer to join our glazing team. This role leads by example in performing high-quality installations of windows, patio doors, showers, and more — ensuring precision, safety, and great customer experiences every time. As the face of our company on-site, you’ll deliver craftsmanship our clients can trust and guide junior installers toward excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee installation of glass, windows, doors, showers, screens, and closets.
- Take accurate measurements and scope each job properly.
- Train and mentor junior installers to improve quality and efficiency.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal staff.
- Maintain clean work vehicles, tools, and job sites.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues professionally.
- Complete all documentation and customer sign-offs accurately and promptly.
- Conduct post-install follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
- Recommend process or product improvements based on field experience.
Qualifications
Required:
- Glazing or installation experience in construction
- Construction safety awareness and compliance
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- Leadership or team lead experience
- Experience training helpers or junior installers
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Pay: $25.67 - $30.91 per hour
