We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly. As our Part-Time Grounds Maintenance & Material Yard Associate, you'll help maintain our facility, keep our material yard organized, and ensure our property looks its best year-round.

What You'll Do
- Mow, trim, edge, and maintain the grounds.
- Keep parking lots, landscaped areas, and fence lines clean and weed-free.
- Organize and maintain the material yard, equipment, and supplies.
- Move, stack, and store materials safely.
- Remove trash and debris to maintain a clean, professional property.
- Assist with seasonal work including landscaping, leaf cleanup, and snow and ice removal.
- Inspect the property for maintenance needs and safety concerns.
- Perform basic maintenance on lawn equipment and report repair needs.
- Follow safe work practices and assist with general facility maintenance as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, construction, or general labor is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
