Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles
- Provide a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement
- Utilize various teaching methods to facilitate student understanding and academic growth
- Assess student progress through evaluations, tests, and projects
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student development
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Proven experience in childhood development
- Excellent written communication skills
