Magic Touch Commercial Cleaning Company is hiring a Commercial Cleaning Specialist for a long-term, high-priority client in Port St. Lucie, FL.
We have serviced this client for over a year, and they recently moved into a larger facility, requiring us to bring on an additional cleaner to support our existing team and maintain our high-quality standards.
This role is ideal for someone who is:

While we do not guarantee supervisory positions, top performers may be considered for additional responsibilities as Magic Touch continues expanding in the St. Lucie County area.

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Cleaning Specialist, you will:
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum all floor surfaces
- Sanitize desks, counters, fixtures, and other high-touch areas
- Clean and restock restrooms and break areas
- Follow safe chemical-handling and equipment procedures
- Empty trash receptacles and operate compactors when required
- Clean windows, partitions, and mirrors
- Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies
- Use the Swept app to:
- Clock in/out
- Upload photos
- Communicate with supervisors
This location operates with two cleaners, so teamwork, communication, and consistency are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with internet access (required for Swept app use)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Prior commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Must adhere to Magic Touch’s 90-day zero-tolerance probation policy, including:
- No no-shows
- No unapproved absences
Schedule Requirements
Monday–Friday (Evenings):
- Start between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Must be able to finish by 7:30–8:00 PM depending on site needs
Saturday (Morning):
- Start at 10:00 AM
- Must be completed by 2:00 PM (no later)
This position requires a 6-day work schedule, and consistent attendance is essential for maintaining this important client relationship.
Pay Structure
- Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
- 90-Day Probation: Required
- Evaluation-Based Raise: Offered after successful 90-day review

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- 1 year of cleaning/janitorial experience (Preferred)
Work Location
- On-site at a long-term, established client account in Port St. Lucie, FL (St. Lucie County)
