What You’ll Actually Do
- Run focused intake interviews, set measurable goals, and craft treatment plans that tackle pain at the root.
- Deliver results-driven bodywork (deep tissue is table stakes; MFR, lymphatic, cupping, etc. earn bonus points).
- Track progress with rock-solid SOAP notes.
- Reschedule and cash out clients; toss a load of laundry when needed—team effort, no spa-diva attitudes.
- Open/close the clinic like the responsible adult you are.
Who Thrives Here
- Licensed in Wisconsin (or able to be) with 600+ training hours and at least 2 years of hands-on clinical experience.
- Comfortable—maybe even giddy—working deep tissue; proficiency in additional clinical modalities (MFR, NMT, cupping, lymphatic, structural work) is a strong plus.
- Communicator who can explain a PNF stretch to a construction worker and a grandma.
- Dependable, ethical, and hungry to keep growing—even with years under your belt.
- This role is designed for an experienced therapist. New graduates are encouraged to keep an eye on future openings.
