Who We Are
- At HGPT, we prioritize giving therapists the space and support to excel at what they love — helping kids reach their fullest potential. We are a group of mobile providers, and provide in-home and community-based pediatric physical therapy services for children of all ages across Charleston and surrounding communities. Location is flexible, and could include therapist-directed locations including Goose Creek, Moncks Corner, Summerville, N Charleston, West Ashley, and more.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, play-based treatment in home and community settings
- Deliver care in accordance with established plans of care
- Complete timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation (daily notes, progress updates, and related forms)
- Build meaningful relationships with children and their families
- Collaborate with the supervising PT and care team to support each child’s progress
