Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and safety-oriented Ground Operations Specialist to
join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, be a team
player, and a passion for excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist climbers with tree removal, trimming, and maintenance
projects
- Operate and maintain ground equipment including chippers, stump grinders, and
chainsaws
- Clear brush, branches, and debris from work sites
- Load and transport materials using trucks and trailers
- Set up and maintain safety zones around work areas
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections
- Ensure job sites are left clean and professional
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Requirements:
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
- Previous landscaping or tree care experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating bucket trucks and large equipment
