Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of employees. This is a Part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the retail team
- Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock is properly displayed
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform administrative duties such as record keeping, reporting, and cash handling
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent sales management abilities, including setting targets and driving sales growth
- Familiarity with employee orientation and training processes
- Proficiency in math for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of administrative tasks such as record keeping and reporting
