Project Manager - New Business
The Project Manager, New Business manages commercial, industrial, builder/developer, rural extension, and renewable energy projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the company's financial and program enrollment goals. This role manages gas distribution , electric distribution, and electric transmission projects from project initiation through meter installation, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities for all levels include:
Review and analyze construction drawings, permits, easements, agreements, and related documentation for gas and electric projects.
Manage project commitments, schedules, resources, and materials to align with customer readiness and project milestones.
Project Manager, New Business:
*Compensation Range: $69,900 - $105,000 annually
Senior Project Manager, New Business:
*Compensation Range: $82,200 - $123,200 annually
In addition to meeting the Project Manager qualifications:
Lead Project Manager, New Business
*Compensation Range: $96,600 - $144,900 annually

Preferred Qualifications (All Levels)
As a public utility, NiSource provides essential services to customers 24/7. Emergency needs can arise at various times throughout the year, including during storm season. Employees may be required to support emergency response efforts, which could include working outside normal hours or assisting with tasks outside of typical responsibilities.

*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience , as well as internal pay equity .
