What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality medical care to post-acute and long-term care patients
- Oversee 3–4 skilled nursing facilities within the Boise & Meridian, ID area
- Supervise and collaborate with a team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Partner closely with Facility Administrators and Directors of Nursing
- Drive quality improvement and value-based care initiatives
- Lead documentation, compliance, and coding excellence
- Serve as the clinical face and trusted leader within your buildings

Qualifications
Minimum Experience
- 1–2+ years post-residency preferred
- Open to strong early-career physicians
- Post-acute or SNF experience preferred, but not required
Credentials
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active Idaho medical license (required)
- DEA license
- Ability to obtain facility privileges
- In good professional standing
