The Diocese of New Jersey seeks an organized, flexible, and detail-oriented professional to serve as Executive Assistant to the Bishop of New Jersey. This position provides high-level administrative support to the bishop and oversees key functions of the bishop’s office, including calendar and scheduling management, correspondence, coordination of canonical processes, ordination process administration, reports, and office operations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, diligence, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic ministry environment.
The diocese offers a competitive compensation package with an anticipated starting salary range of $78,000–$90,000, comprehensive benefits including full family health and dental coverage, Church Pension Fund participation, paid vacation/PTO, and holidays.
