Job Title: Sr. Manufacturing Technician

Pay Range: $32.57–$37.57/hr
Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Role Overview
BEPC is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Technician to support a new product launch for a client’s operations team. This role will work closely with assemblers, troubleshoot equipment, investigate process issues, and support manufacturing process improvements while ensuring compliance with FDA and quality/regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new product launch activities within manufacturing operations.
- Work hands-on with assemblers to resolve process and equipment issues.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and investigate process concerns.
- Support projects related to manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures.
- Help improve productivity, production schedules, and product quality.
- Follow FDA, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Coach, teach, and support team members in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, trade school certification, specialized training/apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing technician experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Experience working with assemblers and non-technical personnel.
- Ability to teach, coach, and support others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical device experience preferred, but not required.
