At Gameday Men’s Health Wexford we are dedicated to empowering men to feel their best at any age. Our team is passionate about promoting men's health through comprehensive care and personalized support. We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as a RN/LPN.
Position Overview:
As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by helping others achieve their goals. Having a passion for fitness and previous HRT experience is a major plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic.
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Process billing and maintain updated information on all clients.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care.
- Assist with basic clinical tasks such as phlebotomy and administering injections.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed registered nurse or licensed practical nurse with experience in phlebotomy and administering injections.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, payment systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
