Client Success Specialist
South Dakota Senior Insurance Agency (SDSIA) is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Client Success Specialist to join our growing team in Rapid City.

What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist clients by phone, email, text, and in person
- Schedule appointments and coordinate annual client reviews
- Help clients with policy service requests, billing questions, ID cards, and claims
- Support our insurance agents with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM
- Keep the office organized and running smoothly
What We're Looking For

- Professional, positive, and dependable
Experience with customer service, administrative work, scheduling, or CRM systems is preferred but not required.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
