Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to pick, pack, load, and unload products.
- Execute order picking tasks with precision using barcode scanning technology for logistics accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels through proper stock rotation, replenishment, and stock counting within warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all shipments are prepared according to quality control standards and packaging protocols.
- Assist in shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing goods against shipping documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times.
- Support warehouse distribution operations by stocking shelves, loading trucks, and performing manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, with valid certification preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and barcode scanning for logistics.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and quality control.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while adhering to safety protocol guidelines.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy calculations.
- Prior warehouse experience or warehouse supervisor experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
