Job Summary
The physician is responsible for providing compassionate and quality medical care within the standards of the hospital, to their patients. Shall exert their best efforts and devote their time and attention to the practice of medicine, within the realm of their specialty. You will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, support patient education, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care. Duties
- Perform thorough medical evaluations, including physical examinations and patient assessments for obstetric and gynecologic conditions.
- Manage prenatal care, labor and delivery processes, and postpartum follow-up to ensure maternal and fetal well-being.
- Conduct gynecologic procedures such as suturing, Pap smears, and minimally invasive interventions like botulinum toxin treatments when applicable.
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with specialists across disciplines including maternal-fetal medicine, endocrinology, reproductive endocrinology, and radiology for comprehensive patient management.
- Provide patient education on family planning, contraception options, menopause management, and preventive health measures.
- Stay current with medical imaging techniques like ultrasound and CT scans relevant to obstetric and gynecologic diagnostics.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Proven experience in outpatient and inpatient settings with familiarity in hospital medicine environments.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and clinical evaluation methods specific to OB/GYN care.
- Experience with EMR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for documentation and patient management.
- Ability to perform procedures including suturing, cervical exams, and basic surgical interventions confidently.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and education.

Pay: $110.00 - $125.00 per hour
