Key Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in home improvement or construction-related industries
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for appointments
- Comfortable working in a commission-only sales environment
