Eyewear Sales Specialist (Optician) / Patient Care Coordinator, No Experience Required:
Our growing eye care practice is seeking a high energy, friendly office assistant. Our high end optical features the best frames and lens technology available. The ability to excel in sales is a necessity. The role of the position may also include the following areas: clinical operations, reception, customer service, and marketing activities. We feature an energetic, vibrant office culture and an enjoyable experience for our team. We love our patients and they are so appreciative of us that it creates a positive vibe every day.
Excellent phone, interpersonal communication skills, computer competency, commitment to excellence and personal improvement, strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
Patient Care Responsibilities: Telephone reception - Greeting patients - Patient flow - Pretesting - Insurance information - Patient - Billing - Contact lens checks and training - Frame and lens selection - Frame repairs and adjustments
Practice Care Responsibilities: Scheduling - Frame inventory (board management) - Marketing including Social Media - Community Relations - Sales reporting and strategies - Projections/goals - Monitoring Key Statistics
General Administrative Duties: Computer system - Front office inventory - Office appearance - Filing - Word processing - Mail - Contact lens invoicing - Supplies - Other duties as assigned
