Position Overview
At Quarter French, we believe exceptional service is created by people who genuinely enjoy taking care of others. As a Server, you'll serve as a guide throughout each guest's dining experience—anticipating needs, sharing knowledge confidently, and helping create an atmosphere that feels warm, polished, and welcoming. Every interaction, from greeting a table to delivering the final check, contributes to the experience our guests remember.
What you will do:
Hospitality & Guest Experience
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Guide guests through food, wine, cocktail, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverage offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Anticipate guest needs before they are requested.
- Build rapport while adapting your service style to each table and occasion.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and composure.
Service Execution
- Accurately enter orders using our POS system.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, daily features, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and beverage pairings.
- Execute proper steps of service throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain table awareness, pacing, and course timing.
- Complete opening, running, side work, and closing responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room.
- Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies.
Team Collaboration
- Support fellow team members whenever possible.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, hosts, food runners, and management.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and solution-oriented work environment.
- Take ownership of the guest experience beyond your own section.

Experience with POS systems, upscale dining, wine service, and craft beverages is preferred but not required. We value individuals with a willingness to learn and a commitment to excellence.
Schedule
We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time team members. Scheduling flexibility is appreciated, though we strive to build schedules that support a healthy work-life balance whenever possible.

In this position, you have the opportunity to have a competitive hourly rate plus great tips. Pay rates and ranges listed are estimated averages including tips and may fluctuate with business levels. Pay rates and ranges are not guaranteed and tips are given at the sole discretion of our guests.
Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
