We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including utensils, equipment, and food storage areas.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during busy periods.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in the training of new kitchen staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members.
