This position is responsible for overseeing the operations and personnel of approximately 5-8 swimming pool facilities within a specific geographic area. Duties include maintaining quality relationships with the resident manager or property manager of each facility, scheduling and training of swimming pool staff, and multiple weekly inspection of each facility. The Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of each pool including passing Health Inspections, ensuring safe lifeguarding skills and equipment, maintaining all County requirements and monitoring proper chemical levels.
