Compensation: $22.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operator workers for a manufacturing company in Hibbing, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality metal components while supporting a safe and efficient production line. What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:-
Operate spot welding machines to join metal components according to specifications

Load and position parts into fixtures and machines for welding

Jump in to support different areas of the production line as needed

Inspect welded parts to ensure alignment, strength, and quality standards

Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines at all times #IndeedNorth
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:-
Ability to operate or learn to operate large welding equipment

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Ability to stand for an 8–10 hour shift

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Previous manufacturing or welding experience preferred, but not required – entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
