Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor regarding talent availability, compensation trends, recruiting best practices, and labor market conditions.
Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management
Source, screen, interview, evaluate, and present qualified candidates.
Candidate Experience and Employer Brand
Promote and strengthen employer branding through social media, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
Hiring Manager Enablement
Recruitment Analytics and Operations
Monitor recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates.
Onboarding and Talent Integration
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Experience recruiting for technical roles, including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and service delivery positions.
Ability to evaluate candidates for technical capabilities and key MSP success factors, including customer service, communication, documentation, adaptability, and SLA-driven work environments.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, networking, and other technologies commonly supported by MSPs strongly preferred.
Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, workforce planning, employment laws, and talent strategy.
